Home Support Service (SAD)

The Home Support Service is a social response, which consists of providing individualized and personalized care at home.

This care is provided when, due to illness, disability or other impairment, people are unable to ensure, temporarily or permanently, the satisfaction of their basic needs and/or activities of daily living.

The main objective is to contribute to improving the quality of life of individuals, thus contributing to delay institutionalization.

SERVICES PROVIDED

In this valence, the following services are provided:

• Meal supply

• housing hygiene

• personal hygiene

• Treatment and care of clothing

• Accompaniment abroad

• Acquisition of goods and services

• Psychosocial support

• recreational activities

• Transport

• Health care and emergency situations

OPENING HOURS

The Home Support service operates every day, including holidays and weekends, from 08:00 to 18:00.

SERVICE HOURS

Office hours are from Monday to Friday (except holidays), from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
